Canadian Orders

All shipping Canadian orders placed are processed, packed, and shipped within Canada from our office in Surrey, BC. All packages are shipped 1-3 business day after the order is placed, with available couriers, which can vary upon different shipping companies. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Purchases over $100 CAD are eligible for free shipping within Canada.

Local Pickup

By choosing local pickup, you have helped reduce carbon emissions! Local city pickup is available only at locations listed in the chart below. All customers using the local city pickup service must provide a phone number and email. Once your order is received, we will send a separate text message or email confirmation to arrange the pickup location and time. If you do not receive any notice within 24 hours please contact us through text or email at 672-515-6777 / hello@ecobeige.com. Inability to provide full information or reply to confirmation within 72 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the order. 

In the event of arranged pick-up yet, no-show customers without notice will be unable to receive a refund for the purchase. A grace period of 7 days will be given to the no-show customer to follow up before we mark your transaction as finished.

International Orders

Please contact us with your country and state if your country is not available for shipping. All shipping International orders placed are processed, packed, and shipped within Canada from our office in Surrey, BC. All packages are shipped 1-3 business day after the order is placed, with available couriers, which can vary upon different shipping companies. Duties or additional taxes may be incurred at every country’s customs border after placing your order with us. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

All delivery packages fulfilled by Eco Beige are packed with reused boxes and stuffing. We are committed to using repurposed boxes given by friends, families, and suppliers, in order to reduce packaging waste. Please note that we will not use any boxes that are contaminated or feel unsanitary. At Eco Beige we repurpose and pack with love!
